Glowalure Returns Policy

At Glowalure, we want you to love every piece you order. But if something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and fair.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Earrings and pierced jewellery
Lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits (if the hygiene seal is broken)
Beauty and cosmetics products
2. How to Return
Contact our Customer Care team at glowalurestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return label and instructions.
Please ensure your parcel is securely packed.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or item, please place a new order and return the unwanted product.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive a full refund or replacement.
6. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
